How long have you worked at TISSL?
What does your job entail?
Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance and ensuring we offer quality customer service. Manage the projects and training department as well as workshop and field service.
What is a typical day like?
Manic 😊 The teams are young so there’s no shortage of jokes and laughter. But seriously, it can be an extremely pressurised environment trying to help our customers.
Favourite memory from work
Working at one of our earliest offices based in Wingrave. The office was located on a farm and had the most beautiful views from the office windows.
Where are you from?
Cape Town, South Africa, now living in Aylesbury, Bucks.
Where did you go to school?
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I enjoy gardening, walking and listening to music.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I’m a flutist and play some trumpet as well.
