Kitchen Display Systems
Kitchen printers have existed for decades however they are not without their problems. They accumulate muck, break down under pressure, chits can be lost and they constantly require re-filling. The Harmony Kitchen Display (HDS) system provides an easier way to manage the kitchen, mimicking the paper flow under the system to ease the transition to this new technology.
A suite of reports are also available with the Harmony software that offers an unprecedented level of insight into the efficiency of your kitchen. Basic reports include the ability to see the average time for a meal prepared, and drill down reports can give even further detail into the efficiency and consistency of each station’s production. Bumps can also be sent from the kitchen to the front of house, dictating to serving staff when items are ready to be served.
