TISSL, the award-winning EPoS supplier, has unveiled Triage – a bespoke consultancy service, aimed at improving the efficiency, service and profitability of restaurants, bars and clubs.
“TISSL Triage is aimed at helping venues – from fine dining establishments to fast-food outlets – to maximise the benefits of EPoS technology in their business,” says Kevin Coetzee, managing director of TISSL. “Our three-pronged approach analyses all elements of the business and provides venues with a comprehensive and un-biased report on how they can improve their efficiency, service and profitability.”
The three-pronged approach of Triage is aimed at reducing wastage and staff costs, while increasing operational effectiveness and income.
As part of the Triage process, industry experts from TISSL will look at:
- Operation – assessing how the front and back of house work together. TISSL will recommend ways in which a venue can improve customer service and staff efficiency, for example, through the use of hand-held technology and kitchen management options.
- Stock control and staff – TISSL will discuss how to reduce wastage through increased void security, stock controls, dish pricing and online ordering. The company can help with purchasing and invoicing practices and can advise on security controls or options.
- Reservations and loyalty – new technologies can enhance business through online reservations and table management systems. TISSL will advise on loyalty cards, discounts and special offers to build customer retention, as well as establishing what?s hot and what?s not on the menu.
Triage costs just £495 + VAT per day.
